On November 19, 2009, I will be receiving a Progress Women of Excellence Award for Arts and Culture during the 20th annual event in Halifax. This award recognizes women "who make a significant, professional contribution to the development, preservation or appreciation of the visual or performing arts, which enrich the cultural life of the community." I feel quite humbled to be included in the company of so many fantastic women.
What a great way to end my year and to begin my brand new website!
