 Creating work in my studio is a very personal experience. What began as an idea or feeling slowly takes shape through colour, movement, shape and texture. The next step is seeing the painting hanging in a gallery and that is always a revelation. At that point, the work has become public, standing on its own, open to interpretation. What I enjoy equally as much is seeing one of my paintings in a home or business setting where it moves one step further, now an integral part of a living environment. Having just placed a collection of work in a vibrant office setting, I am reminded how much artwork can enhance and influence our surroundings. That's what it's all about.

Recent months have seen an increase in businesses choosing copier leasing as a safer option over purchasing, but why is a lease contract more appealing than purchasing, how are businesses coping with the increased difficulty in a leasing approval and what are the photocopier companies doing about it?
