A Time of Possibilities

September always seems to herald a new season of productivity, a return to schedule and new work that perhaps mirrors the academic year. Labour Day. Summer was a time for exhibits, of speaking with gallery visitors and reflecting on completed artwork. Summer was also a time to rejuvenate, soak up inspiration and replenish the creative store of possibilities.  I begin a new series of work this month which promises challenge and intrigue. What begins as white canvas will become an exploration into someplace new. Exciting.

I wish that same excitement for all the students heading into their own new possibilities and challenges. Exciting times ahead.
