Recently purchased, the painting "Improvise" now has a new home. I received a very kind email last evening from the purchasers expressing their appreciation and enjoyment of the painting now hanging on their wall. When someone is moved or touched in some way by my work, that joyful connection is so utterly satisfying. My painting style is very personal and the hope is always that once completed, the viewer will understand my intent, the emotional essence of what I am sharing. Thank you so very much. ![]() "Improvise", 36" x 48", evolved on the canvas in response to the jazz music I often listen to. I very much felt a part of the musical process, hearing the colours, the emotion, the spontaneity of the moment.
